Shipping

As soon as the ordered Products are shipped, we will inform you by email. If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you check your spam box and if it is not there, please contact us as soon as possible at vivra@vivrabarcelona.com.

You will be able to track your order by logging into your customer account if you have created one.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated during the order process, specifying that this must be the address of your residence or any other natural person of your choice, or a parcel collection point. VIVRA BARCELONA is not responsible for a product lost or stolen at the time of delivery.

You must ensure that you have provided accurate and complete information about the delivery address (such as: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

You must check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the delivered product and, in case of damage due to delivery or missing items, you must notify the transport immediately, and in turn to VIVRA BARCELONA within 3 (three) days following receipt of the Product.

Returns

At VIVRA BARCELONA we accept all returns of products that are in their original condition , unopened and unused up to 30 days after the purchase on our website.

Refunds for returns will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, without including the original shipping costs for the return.

If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service team vivra@vivrabarcelona.com as soon as possible. It is essential to report any type of damage or defect within 48 hours of your purchase in order to make an exchange or return.

At Vivra Barcelona we do not make returns or exchanges of any product affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage or negligence once the products are delivered, storage of products in adverse conditions that may damage the products such as very high temperatures or exposure to the sun, as well as damage inflicted by third parties.
